Marc Czerwinski Osteopath Downham Market

Marc Czerwinski BSc(Ost) runs Victoria Chapel Osteopathy in Nordelph and has also been running the Cheshunt Osteopathic Clinic in Hertfordshire for nearly 30 years.

A decade ago Marc visited Norfolk on holiday with his wife Irana. They so loved it here, especially in meeting the friendly people, and experiencing the Big Sky, amazing birdlife, calm and space, and fantastic walking and cycling country, that they resolved to move here, and find a place to run an osteopathic clinic from home.

They were lucky enough to find a Victoria Chapel the old 1861 Methodist Chapel in Nordelph, and so five years after that holiday those plans have been realised, and they are very happy to welcome patients from Norfolk and Cambridgeshire to be treated at the clinic, a calm, quiet and highly therapeutic space.

Marc qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992, and has acquired a wealth of experience at the clinic, and previously working in a busy East London GP clinic, and a clinic in Essex treating Olympic-grade athletes amongst others.

In his long-term Cheshunt clinic he has treated teachers and students from local dance schools, members of the British Olympic team, and world renowned choreographer.

Marc’s desire to provide effective treatment to get patients out of pain quickly led him to seek out and study with senior osteopaths specialising in deep soft tissue methods and he has combined this approach with his core osteopathic skills

His aim to help patients to stay well long-term means he is experienced in assessing ongoing issues are linked to exercise and postural habits and providing specific advice here, in conjunction with ongoing treatment plans where appropriate. Marc continually updates his skills with the regular workshops and spends time each month observing an eminent orthopaedic consultant at Barnet Hospital.
